Cupping
Cupping is used to alter blood flow, muscle tension and fascial strains within the body.
There are two main techniques used to reach these desired benefits.
Cups are either placed on the affected area of the body using suction and left in place to affect specific points of tension, or cups are placed and moved along the length of the muscle as a deep tissue / fascial massage.
For more information and to find out if cupping may benefit you ask Xanthe at your next consultation.
Xanthe has trained at Manual Medicine Australia to obtain her cupping qualifications.
